The phone interview that was pretty laid back. It was more of a vibe check than experience based. A portfolio was needed to get the initial interview and an art test was administered that lasted 3 days over the weekend.
I applied online. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Colchester, VT) in Feb 2020
Interview
They really just had an outsourced company talk to me. This involved me speaking to people that didn’t really know what they were talking about. They were kinda more of like an agency to find employees.
The interview was fairly painless along with the process. In my case, I was able to perform an interview over the phone instead of meeting in person. There were two people present during the interview call, but it was fine.
