Met with an HR Representative over video. Standard interview questions. They said they would talk to the manager later in the week, but no follow up ever happened. Really disappointed that they just ghosted me.

Be ready to speak to real examples to the aspects of the job. Be able to explain how you achieved goals. In addition, be able to describe your problem solving skills. Demonstrating communication and collaboration is important.
