Easy, but a bit disorganized. A little bit all over the place in terms of scheduling but all the questions were straightforward and not tricky. Talked to HR recruiter, then engineers, and finally the offer negotiation
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Harmans, MD) in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process wasn't too complicated. 1 or max 2 rounds of interview. Interview based mostly on your skills, background and your ability to be able to perform the job.
The manager mostly talked about the role and it's responsibilities.
