Thank you for your review! We completely understand your frustration and it's disappointing to hear that you felt disrespected during our recruitment process. Here at Casumo we really value our candidates' time and all the effort they put in each recruitment stage, that's the reason why we work hard to be very efficient with feedback and communication.
In that sense, we believe that whenever we need to discuss a topic very quickly (5 min max) or ask a simple question to a candidate it's way easier to do it via phone, instead of scheduling another online meeting or doing it via email (also to respect their privacy). That is what we tried to do in your particular case, and unfortunately we had a misunderstanding and after that we received the information that you were withdrawing your application.
We will take your feedback into consideration for improvement, and hopefully if our paths ever cross again you will have a more pleasant experience with us.
