Castlefield interview questions

A great experience- the interview process was highly professional and well structured, yet at the same time, all interviewers were very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable throughout. Fantastic support from HR throughout. I heard back promptly after each interview, and regardless of whether you are successful, they will provide you with useful feedback. I had an initial phone call with HR, followed by an interview with HR and a line manager where I had to prepare a 15 minute presentation. The final round was a two-stage panel interview with different members of the Castlefield team. This process took just under 3 weeks. A range of competency based and value based questions to test your suitability for the role as well as the wider company culture. Final interview questions were also based around interests and hobbies, and how your interest in the role is perhaps reflected in these. All in all a great experience and a true reflection of Castlefield's people focused company culture.

Overall positive experience. HR called for an initial 30 minute conversation about myself and what my interests are and relevant experience. It was very welcoming and relaxed. The next interview was with the hiring manager and the HR representative - Still very welcoming and ran very smooth. They did throw in a Fund Sheet to check your knowledge and attention to detail. Overall, every one was very respectful, professional and friendly. They provided good feedback too.
