Two in person interviews with both direct managers, following up within the process helped and is an important part of being successful in this industry. Completed both interviews within a week process and submitted drug test and background check within a week.

I applied on a Thursday, got a call the next day, & had interview scheduled for Monday. Interview was at one of the model homes with the Sr. Construction Manager & the Project Manager. They were both extremely nice and very informative. They gave me a good amount of detail about the company and the position. My initial impression was excellent! I was notified the very next day that they wanted me to join the team and I would be getting an offer letter by email later in the day. The offer letter came a few hours later... The offer was slightly lower than I had expected (based upon the Glassdoor average for this area) so I tried to negotiate an increase. They held firm at their initial offer, but did offer to review again after 4-6 months. I accepted, completed drug screening on Friday (which I had to pay for...they’ll reimburse after 90 days of employment) and should be starting within the next week. Extremely smooth process!
