Interview
The interview process begins with 'About Yourself', followed by a discussion of the technology stack, drawing on years of experience. I joined as a fresher. I was asked a few theory and a bit more coding questions, and there were two rounds. After completion, the HR round was done.

Regarding my career break and changing tech stack.
Recruiter screening, followed by a coding screening, followed by coding tests, forllowed by team placement, followed by offer. Start online and then speak to a recruiter, then speak over Zoom. Then onsite.
Very unprofessional and waste of time. Don't even bother because they'll ghost you, even tried to follow up and no response. Two interviews - asked for experience and then coding interview. After final interview they said they would follow up but I was ghosted. Huge huge red flag that they had a bunch of engineering jobs listed for over a month, don't waste your time with Cast & Crew.

Interview
This company have some of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. Recruiter initially reached out but somehow never respond to follow up emails. for technical interview instead of asking you to solve coding problems, the interviewer will quiz you about software engineering concepts and basically laugh at your face if you could not answer the way they wanted. The entire experience lacked basic professionalism and respect. Would not recommend.
