They called me shortly after I submitted the application and hired me the next day. They were very short staffed, which i found out later was always the situation and needed a body to fill the position

Question 1
There weren't any difficult questions. I found out later that all they're really looking for is people skills. They ask a lot of questions about what you think good customer service is.

Fast and easy. Hired on the spot. Phone interview with district manager first and then an in person interview with another store manager. Store manager was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable of the company and I look forward to working with them.

Interview
The interview was decently pleasant. Just a few questions about customer service and the importance of it. My interviewer was was a nice middle-aged man and he seemed to be reading from a script on what to say and then he took notes of how I replied. The interview was also one stage and about 40 minutes long.
