Initial call with recruiter, zoom meeting l with hiring manager, and zoom meeting with team. Each interviewer had pre written boilerplate questions and unfortunately that made it less conversational. Heads were down typing out my answers to their questions. There wasn’t any room for them to go off script. Some questions weren’t relevant to the role.
