Casella Waste Systems Leadership Development Program interview questions

Two interviewers that generally alternated questions. It was a very weird/awkward interview as if they had it all scripted from an "how to interview" book. It came off as very amateurish amd I was completely turned off by the interview from the company and was partially insulted. Lots of novice questions meant for a mid level manager.
