First I had a phone interview with the HR Manager. The next step was a video meeting with the Analyst Manager, HR, and Operation Manager. Questions were asked about my background experience, and some behavioral questions as well. The next step was an assessment and a writing sample. The final step was a phone interview with the President of the company.
