I was contacted via linkedin for an outsourcing vacancy at one of the big 4 companies at KSA. The recruiter was very polite and friendly and passed me for a 2nd interview with the training manager. My interview was friendly and brief and I was offered a good package. However, I had to reject mainly because my contract would be Jordanian not Saudi work contract which was a deal breaker for me.
