Interview
The HR representative was a bit unprofessional over the phone. I was reluctant to interview because of the terrible reviews this place has online. I interviewed with Cecilia and someone else through Zoom and she was very dry and a bit rude during the interview.

Question 1
Some of the questions asked were : Walk me through your daily routine, why do you want to work here , tell me about a time you brought change to your organization, how do you handle a situation where a person misbehaves and and has to face "the consequences" ( she used literally used this word) , and finally hey asked that I speak Spanish during the interview. I can feel the tension in the interview that was described in al of the reviews. Not somewhere I would want to work.
