Casa De Fruta interview questions

I was hired awhile ago and I know the process has probably changed since then, but I was interviewed in the general managers office with her and the assistant manager. The interview was informal and I felt very comfortable and at ease. The manager interviewed and hired me on the spot. I did not meet any of the owners or HR until after. I know now Casa de Fruta has a process of multiple interviews, management, then HR and the owners before the prospective candidate is hired. I just had to have a background check. However, I know they now require both a background check and drug test.
