Carvant Financial interview questions

I was called by a higher up in the company and he was disinterested, demeaning, and EATING LUNCH during our interview. The hours sound terrible, and they made it very clear that the work life balance is not good—just go to another sales job that has a work life balance. (Sales doesn’t have to be this way) Next step in the interview process after this initial phone call would have been an interview with both him and the president of the company. If you have low self respect and would want to work here after the interview process, good luck. I never got a call back nor did I want one. By the end of the interview it was obvious that this was a bad fit.
