Un premier contact par mail ou appel téléphonique, puis un entretien RH (20 min) et un entretien manager (1h). Tout le processus est plutôt rapide.
Les questions posées sont basiques, pour certains postes il y a des études de cas.
Initial screening after submission online, phone call with HR for second screening, itw with, then ITW with manager and then itw with hierarchy. It Took place over few weeks long. Traditional process.
