      Store Manager Interview

      24 Feb 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carter's (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2010

      Interview

Quick, over the phone interview. Offer over the phone. Usually 2 interviews and then an offer. Somehow I skipped through it all. I seriously feel like they needed anyone with experience and they would do the rest.

Long process. On my 4th interview. Finally meeting an employee, not just on the phone. But to be expected. It's covid times. But all was professional and on time and the employees were kind and easy to talk to but interview questions were very textbook.
