I applied online. I interviewed at Carter's (Flemington, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
They asked about past work experience and asked questions to gauge your problem solving skills. They gave me situations I might encounter with costumers and asked me how I would handle it. The questions were really just them getting to know what kind of person I am and if I am responsible.
