I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carson Scholars Fund (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was given a phone interview and then was later asked to create a graphic using Photoshop to demonstrate creative skills.
I worked on this flier over the course of a weekend and submitted it the following Monday. The woman who interviewed me has not yet replied and it has been over three weeks, despite follow-up emails.
As someone applying to positions, this is incredibly wasteful of my time and inappropriate to ask anyone to do without responding. If you are screening candidates by phone, you should ask for samples of work and not expect them to create a flier immediately. It is rude to expect any one to do free labor for you and not respond. It takes less than one minute to write a reply email stating "Thank you but your graphic does not fit our needs."
Candidates who are asked to create a graphic immediately before a one-on-one interview, please be weary before putting any thought into it.

Question 1
You don't have enough experience in a position for longer than two years. How do I know you won't leave in a year?
