The interview was fairly casual. I interviewed with two managers and it lasted somewhere around half an hour. They were most concerned about my technical skills and about my personality. There was a big emphasis on traditional drawing skills, and one of the managers asked if I could follow up by providing her with a sketchbook of mine. After the interview I was given a skills test which consisted of some very basic tasks that you might be performing on a day-to-day basis as a graphic artist at Carson.
