      Project Manager/Software Requirements Analyst Interview

      17 Jul 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Carnegie Learning

      Interview

I applied and heard back the same day about setting up a phone interview which happened about a week later. After about 2 weeks I was invited to come in for an interview, 2.5 weeks after that. The interview was basically all day, from 9:30-4 and I met with folks from various departments. Most of the questions were pretty similar from one person to the next, but all well within reason for an interview. About a week later I was asked for salary and references. 3 weeks after that I was rejected, they went with someone with more experience. I thought I had done well, but I understood their decision. The only negatives I have is that the interview itself was a little lengthy, I had to use a full vacation day for it. Also, the decision making was a little slow. My guess is I was right on the cusp of an offer, or they forgot about me. Regardless, the entire process took 66 days from application to rejection.
