Carmoola interview questions

I recently had an initial video call via Google Meet with Lucinda. She came across as friendly during the conversation, which I appreciated. However, I found it somewhat unprofessional that there was no follow-up communication afterward, especially considering the nature of the call. It involved several in-depth questions, which suggests it should have been clearly identified as a first-stage interview rather than an informal chat. From our discussion, it appears the team is quite small, with only one staff member covering weekends. This likely means they are being very selective in their hiring process. That said, based on the working hours mentioned, the role seems to lack a healthy work-life balance, which is something candidates should be aware of when considering this opportunity.

the process was good started with a screening then an assessment to do on your own based on what you would do in a certain situation then a second round interview then finally a meet-the-team interview.
