Carlthorp School interview questions

Their interview process was a mess, they insisted using google hangouts to type and chat. It was a total disaster, they asked a bunch of behavioral questions and a large portion of which clearly has nothing to do with the role. You need to type very long responses to them, make it look like writing essays. They don't look at your resume and ignored what you said, and told me that they want me to start ASAP I clearly stated in my resume and my previous answers that I won't be able to start in several months. Total waste of time.
