The interview process consisted of three stages: an initial screening with HR, a second-round interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel interview.
The first interview with HR was very straightforward and conversational. It focused primarily on standard “tell me about yourself” questions, along with a high-level overview of my background, experience, and interest in the role. It felt like a general fit assessment, with an emphasis on communication style and overall alignment with the company.
The second interview with the hiring manager was more in-depth and structured around STAR-style questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result). This round focused on specific examples from my past experience, such as how I’ve handled challenges, collaborated with teams, and delivered results. It required more detailed storytelling and gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my problem-solving approach and impact.
The final stage was a panel interview with multiple team members.
