Pretty simple, I applied got called in the next day and filed the paperwork out the next day. Pretty sure they were just understaffed but I got promoted after a couple years.

It was a pretty easy interview process. The manager asked general questions. Asked about my availability, what I liked about the company and if I have worked in retail before.
