I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caring Transitions (Chattanooga, TN) in Mar 2022
Interview
Zoom Call with Recruiter and Operations Manager. Both were pleasant to speak with and very thorough with explaining what the job entails and what the company did. They are interviewing several for the position, and would contact me within a week with a yea or nea. After three follow ups, both interviewers ghosted. I find that extremely rude to say you are going to get back when you have no intention of that. Then not responding to 3 emails, following up on your interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caring Transitions (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2018
Interview
Met casually at an outdoor coffee shop. Discussed background, experience and reason I would like to work with the company. Asked about utilizing social media communication skills and was assured my skills and talents would be useful to the company. Spent time learning why the franchise was purchased as well.
