I had a face to face interview. I was told that I would be contacted to set up a second interview but never heard from them. I waited a few days and then emailed them but I still never heard anything back.

The interview process was very weird. I was contacted via email for a phone interview and assessment test . On the day of my phone interview, the Recrutier contacted me thirty minutes late. Once the assessment was completed I never heard back from the Recrutier. I feel as if you are not interested in a Potiental candidate, you should at least e-mail and thank them for their time. This was a complete waste of my time which makes me wonder what working for this company would be like. Advice for potential candidates: interview processes should be professionally maintained and consistent. This should help you make the right choice when picking your next place of employment.

Applied online. Contacted by their recruiter for a phone interview. Then I had 4 rounds of in-person interviews, one of which was a group interview. Interviews took place in the community, which was nice to see it in person. You are encouraged to have "red flags" about the job so that they can address them. In the final round you get to meet with the CEO as well. Also had to take several personality assessments.
