summary: there were 3 stages and all with a panel of interviewees. Questions are mainly competency, behavioural based. The number of interviewers are usually 2. Initial submission: i got to know about the job offer from the campus website and submittd the necessary documents, resume and cover letter. quite hazy about the application process as i submitted multiple applications. Interview: As above, it was a 2 day interview session, 2 hours on the first round and then approximately 5 hours on the second. Questions may vary according to interviewer but usually on the standard sets are asked.
