I have 2 interviews in 2 separate years (2008 and 2010)
A phone interview is first conducted. If you can impress the interviewer, you will go to the next.
Then you will be scheduled to an interview and someone other than HR will contact you with date, time and interviewers. Generally, total of 3-4 people will interview you. Sometimes it is in the group, or break down to 1:1. In 2010, I was interviewed for 2 positions (all at once). All questions are behaviorial type. I didn't think that the questions was difficult at all (if you prepare yourself well).
I was offered the job both times. I declined first time because the job might be involved some traveling but the package is way to low for the job.
From what I noticed from past 2 interviews, people tend to stay here for a long time - 10 years, 20 years. The office seems nice and have cafeteria located within.
