Interview
1) Speed recruiting session via the GTSA program: 10 minutes quickie with Cargill HR and ops
2) Online psychometric tests
3) Day of interviews at Cargill HQ with 3 panels of 3 interviewers, from operations and human resources
The interviewers were nice. A balanced mix of behavioral (or competency) questions and questions about my credentials.
The HR manager accepted my request to provide feedback after I was unsuccessful (I should have shown better listening skills).
