I had once interview with HR after a month they invited me to have interview with Hiring manager. The interview was very sad. He read questions from the questionnaire paper. No soul in the interview or sympathy. Looked like a robotic conversation. Afterwards he told me i receive feedback max next week. I waited 3 weeks then I wrote to ask a feedback. Nobody responded. I wrote then second one after somedays still nothing . Then I again followed up would you please inform the application status. The belgian woman who was HR freelancer for them and responsible for the position finally answered, and said we are still interviewing. In that point I undrestood I really dont want to work there. Its now months passed and I never received any feedback though.
