A few interviews followed by 1 w head of the department. Smooth experience as they got back to you quickly. I believe It was an initial phone screen followed by a video interview and a final video interview if you move on

I applied at my career fair and was able to get an interview slot for a video interview. They asked pretty simple behavioral questions like how do you experience line up with the goals of the facility.
Both hiring manger and HR person participated. Questions were like tell me about yourself and some basic BQs. The manager also introduced the role in detail. They were very nice.

Casual interview process and asked about my skills and willingness to relocate to other provinces. The interviewers are okay and make me comfortable. The interview was via Teams call. They also answered my additional questions.
