i was contacted by a recruiter on the phone for a phone screen in order to set an appropriate time. The recruiter told me it was going to be a bit relaxed and she seemed quite nice and friendly. She went about asking the questions and said that if i was picked, the manager of the site would reach out to me.

Q. Which point in time would you say is your proudest moment
the interview was ok had to make up stories from previous experiences that might have happened to me or not. They kept asking questions and advise to anyone use the star method they love it.

Interview
Over the phone (out of state and Covid restrictions). Team interview with Plant manager, Production manager and Shift superintendent. Plant manager did most of the talking, production manager and superintendent had a couple questions each.

Interview
Panel interview. Behavioral questions that needs to be answered based on a specific time and/or experience. Had a plant tour afterwards. Lasted about 2 hours total. Did not get a call back; I had to email the recruiter.
