Very chill and laidback, asked to describe previous work experience and gave information about the company and job description. The recruiter then asked if you were ok with the pay and job duties and went over the schedule. Afterwards, I was offered the job.

Interview
They make you take a very long assessment before they select you for the interview. This assessment is actually quite silly and doesn’t have anything to do with your ability to perform well at a job paying 14-15 dollars an hr.
