It was a long process but it was worth it. There was alot of tests to complete but it was not very difficult. If you have clinical experience and know a little about peds. You will do just fine.

Interview
Interviews are very laid back. Zoom interviews and phone interviews are done for remote positions. First is an interview with recruiting, then an interview with a hiring manager, then you meet with recruiting again.

Interview
I took a test online that made me feel like it was a college SAT, then I didn't hear a word for about 6 months. When I did hear from them, I interviewed with the recruiter, then she sent me on up the ladder to the director. It was the hardest interview I had ever been through.
