The interview process began with a phone screening telling me about the job and asking about my past experience. After this, I had an in person interview lasting 3-4 hours with several people. first with the Director of Engineering, who gave a more detailed view of what the job position would entail, and also some insight into the technical side of things. He would ask detailed questions about my experience and while I didn't get a technical interview at this point, I'd be ready to answer some basic programming / problem solving questions. Then I met with developers who asked about my experience and gave a more technical interview consisting of some basic programming/problem solving questions. My interview experience was less technical than their current process is.
