From the very first interaction, the communication was personal, transparent, and respectful. Unlike larger corporations where the process can feel mechanical, this felt refreshingly human and grounded. Every conversation was thoughtful and engaging. You can feel that people here like to go to work. It was clear that they weren’t just ticking boxes, but truly interested in getting to know me as a person and a potential teammate.
I especially appreciated the openness: there was no fluff, no corporate jargon — just smart people trying to build something meaningful.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a company where your voice matters and where every hire is seen as an investment in the culture, not just a headcount.
Please prepare! Look up their products. Test them. Carealytix wants to take you on their mission. And that you want to be part of it.
Absolutely the worst interview I have ever had, the co-founder couldn't careless about the aim of the company and helping people, was too arrogant and got mad when he discovered i didn't find out that there app is number one in whatever category or market store.
I had difficulty to keep up a smile and continue the interview, as I really wanted to end it.
I am sorry but too arrogant people for a no name company.
