Having come from public sector to private, I found the interview process to be a very nice welcoming experience. My many years of industrial insurance experience was valued and appreciated when I came to CareWorks.

phone interview, then called me in for a face to face interview with my manager and team lead, the interview lasted about 25 minutes, they gave me a great deal of information about the position and the company. 5 days later a job offer was made and I accepted.
