I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CareCentrix (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2010
Interview
I did a phone interview with the recruiter. The second phone interview was with the hiring manager.
Then, I was asked to come in for 3 hours to meet with 3 individuals for one hour each. I was asked by the hiring manager to complete a mini test on how I would assess a providers request for a rate increase.
I followed up one week after the interview and was told they would be making a decision in a week.
I never heard back. Not even a post card to say thank you for taking 3 hours out of your day to meet with us.
The interview process has clear steps and a helpful HR presence as you move through the process. Three rounds of interviewing which felt appropriate for the role. Normal feedback time and very transparent process
Pretty simple they just want to know that you’re comfortable in a call center environment. They also want to know that you can handle stressful situations such as angry calls or just complex calls.
I received all the information via email and appreciated the details provided. The meeting was informative, and I had a decent overall experience. Their team includes some impressive and capable leaders.
