Friendly environment, employees were nice to talk to, which made the interview process more pleasant and not too nerve wracking. Typical and basic interview questions, with more details on job.

Can't remember exact questions, but basics like: how would you handle this situation? Have you experienced this situation? Etc.
I had what essentially amounted to a written test, followed by a phone and Skype interview. The process was of average duration for this sort of position. The initial interview was with my direct manager. The following included management from the department and the VP of Editorial and Advertising.
