I applied online. I interviewed at Care To Stay Home
Interview
One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. The interviewer asked questions unrelated to the job or my experiences/abilities, as well as ones he knew I would not have the answers for. Instead of providing constructive feedback, told me I was wrong. I have never felt so belittled by a professional before and would never want to work for a company that makes prospective employees feel that way.

Interview
The vice president wasn't even ready for the phone interview we scheduled. He was 40 minutes late and didn't even bother to say beforehand that he was going to run late. If you going to be unprofessional, do not waste my time. He was also acting fake throughout the phone interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Care To Stay Home (Santa Ana, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process with Care To Stay Home was easy. I spoke with someone on the phone first who then set me up to come into the office. I was able to meet with a member of the office team who interviewed me. It was a thorough interview, but I felt that I was being asked questions about my skills as a caregiver. After the interview, I was brought back for Orientation where I was trained on the company policies. This was great so I knew what the company and clients expected of me.
