Care Quality Commission interview questions

Standard competency based interview asking for examples. It was on Teams. It was a friendly panel of three, one HR, one senior manager form a different team and the line manager of the role. Relevant questions, no curve balls. They probed answers. Challenging interview in a good way.

It was a standard civil service like Interview, with a pre set test, for an hour. Friendly and helpful questions, but very formulaic. I have no more words to write
