few separate conversations to determine experience and role suitability. wanted to discuss problems previously faced as well as discuss previous management experience. pleasent experience with staff, everyone was friendly and office was nice
the manager had no technical question to ask prior to interviewing, cause you may question his integrity and engineering knowledge. they only ask you where did you work previously. that's the only question i can recall.

Interview
Main interview is with your potential boss and you will typically discuss the responsibilities, expectations, any questions you may have. You will also meet with other senior staff if they are available, which is a good thing to meet the other staff you may interact with. You may also get a tour of the building and the various departments.
