I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Dublin, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
Very formal, sign in at the desk, wait for the escort....taken to the conference room and kept company by the escort until the formal interview. I made it to the second level.... Felt I answered everything well, but, never heard back. Neither did the recruiter who set the thing up.... very odd. Not sure if they ever filled the position. I'm sure I was a good fit, but I have grey hair and that may have had something to do with it.

Question 1
Was not a structured interview although there were some canned questions. Got the feeling it was about "fit" and "demeanor" as much as anything.
It was smooth, there was two rounds and they were with someone from leadership and direct manager. Following the interview they offered the job quickly. I don't know if they have changed this process sense then.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Dec 2020
Interview
Interviewing at Cardinal can be intense with 6+ interviews, but they were very open and honest about the answers to my questions. When I entered the role I wasn't surprised at all because I received excellent explanations of daily work, pain points, etc.

Phone interview with HR to help establish fit for role and expectations of responsibilities. Went into precious role at a high level and salary expectations for next opportunity. Interviewer was friendly, but nothing went particularly deep. Typical SAAS pm position.
