I thought I did pretty good on the behavioral phone interview as there were no curve ball questions. However, a week later the recruiter emailed and said that I did not make it to the final round because there was a "incredibly talented pool of candidates".

Basic application process with online assessment. One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then one final interview with different hiring managers. The first interview was a phone call. Did not get a final interview

Generic behavioral interview with questions concerning analytics skills
I applied online. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Mar 2023

Call interview for about 20 minutes. The recruiter asked me if I knew their company, and then she started to explain about the company and its mission, and its benefits. Then she asked me a brief about myself. Then she asked why I wanted to join their company. In the end, she explained the job description, and after all, she asked me about the pay and the pay was too low for this position.
