Interview
Interview with multiple folks including the hiring manager and functional VP. Very fun process that started with several phone calls and using Cardinal's application process on line. I always struggle with salary field on the on line applications. There was a panel interview with several functional areas that interacted with the position. Office was fantastic and the security was quite impressive as well. Their was drug screen and background check preceeding the receipt of the formal acceptance letter.

3 round panel interview of managers. No follow up on where I stood on the interview. Called more than a couple of times, to realize, I was not chosen.

The team was kind and respectful. It was a 2/3 step interview. I did not make to the final interview. I did reach out for feedback but did not get a response.

HR screen was intense and then nothing for 3 weeks. Scheduled for hiring manager interview, rescheduled twice, ended up never speaking with hiring manager and then ghosted. Internal hire apparently but was never contacted again
