Pretty basic process. Screening now for females and periodically minorities. Don't count on this helping as this really only fulfills an EOE requirement. These guys are not the brightest bunch of people in HR and most of their hiring managers have very little experience in interview tactics and screening.

2 round with Director
3 round panel interview of managers. No follow up on where I stood on the interview. Called more than a couple of times, to realize, I was not chosen.

The team was kind and respectful. It was a 2/3 step interview. I did not make to the final interview. I did reach out for feedback but did not get a response.

HR screen was intense and then nothing for 3 weeks. Scheduled for hiring manager interview, rescheduled twice, ended up never speaking with hiring manager and then ghosted. Internal hire apparently but was never contacted again
