It is a very competative process, usually there are two to three interviews. Phone, Recruiter then Management team. Be expected to understand Lean Six Sigma Principles. Experienced, well thought out, natural, comfortable answers are key to any successful interview especially at Cardinal. Don't Lie do their home on every candidate. Be natural and have a lot of experience.

Interview was standard STAR method questions. Not challenging. Tell me about a time you overcame a challenging situation? How do you describe your leadership style? Where do you see yourself in five years?

Interview
Received a call from HR on a Monday about two weeks after applying. He gave me brief description of what the job entailed and set me up with the onsite HR coordinator. My interview was scheduled on a Wednesday and two days later I received a job offer. During the interview I met with two of the on-site operation managers and it was very relaxed and informal.
