      Freelance Writer Interview

      7 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Cardinal Education

      Interview

This was a very awkward and unprofessional process, and it was recorded. If you are uncomfortable with being recorded, or being asked to read your resume (essentially) then this is not the job for you. I was not given any clear information on the pay, hours, or time frame for the position, and when I got my rejection notice, I was told it was because I could not start immediately. It made no sense to me. Management should not post jobs if they haven't figured things out. Very disorganized, random, and unprofessional experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

"Walk me through your experience" "How would you teach someone organization" Note to the CEO--the first isn't a question, the second is horribly vague.
