I interviewed for the position of Cardinal Education Associate and enjoyed the interview process. Most levels of the interview were informal and conversational about my background, and then I was asked to walk through a few tutoring exercises during the second half of the interview.

The interview was really smooth. The interviewer was precise and only asks questions that are related to the role without beating around the bush. Yes, they do record your interview session then assessment is next then one final interview with the hiring manager.
